Sure, we are an OEM factory; we can print various kinds of logos. If you can provide us your logo file in PDF or AI format, we can use it to make the printing plate.
What is the MOQ and price of the product?
Our normal MOQ is 100 pcs. Some other products might be slightly higher at 500 pcs. Prices are determined by material, style, size, printing, etc. Please contact our staff for a precise quote.
What is the production time?
7~11 working days is normal, depending on the quantity. For rush orders, we can adjust our production to fulfill the request as soon as possible according to your date.
Is it possible to get a sample before placing an order?
Sure, we offer samples. For quality and material checking, stock samples can be provided freely using your courier account. For samples with a customized logo, it typically takes 3-5 days.
How can my order be shipped and will it arrive on time?
We offer various types of shipping depending on your requested delivery time: by sea, by air, or by express carriers (UPS, FedEx, TNT). Faster ways cost more. We will suggest the most suitable way to receive your product on time.
What are the terms of payment?
Our normal payment term is 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance against BL. For express and air shipments, we require the balance before shipment.
