We require vector files or high-quality design artwork. PDF, CDR, AI, and PSD formats are all acceptable. Resolution should be no less than 300 DPI.
How do samples work?
If the sample is in stock, it is free of charge (freight collect). If a new sample needs to be produced, a sample cost will be charged.
Do you inspect finished products?
Yes, each step of production and all finished products undergo rigorous inspection by our QC department before shipping.
